Popular Ghanaian fetish priest, Kwaku Bonsah, has made a startling prophecy regarding the fate of Ghana’s sitting president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo. In a self-recorded video that has since gone viral, the traditional spiritualist claimed that the president’s life would take a tragic turn after leaving office.
Kwaku Bonsah alleged that both the supreme God and the smaller gods of the land are displeased with the president. “The gods are angry because of his governance and certain actions he has taken,” the priest stated.
According to the priest, President Akufo Addo’s challenges will begin immediately after he hands over power to the president-elect, former President John Dramani Mahama. “Once he steps down, he will begin his journey to the land of silence,” Kwaku Bonsah declared ominously.
The fetish priest claimed that the president would suffer greatly, predicting he would experience a debilitating stroke and become bedridden before his eventual demise.
The prophecy has sparked widespread controversy, with reactions divided along political and religious lines. While some dismiss the statements as baseless and politically motivated, others have called for prayers for the president.
Neither President Akufo Addo nor his administration has responded to the claims, but the prophecy has added another layer of tension as Ghana approaches a critical political transition.
